Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Chilovii piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition for Return

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging, with any tags or certificate included

Who Pays Return Shipping

• Change of mind: if you simply changed your mind, the item is eligible for a return, but return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• Defective or incorrect item: if you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we cover the full return shipping cost, and you'll receive a full refund or replacement — your choice.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at contact@chilovii.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and (for defective items) a photo of the issue. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or engraved pieces made specifically for you are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.
